    【摘要】目的:探索妇科患者实施人性化护理的措施及效果评价。方法:加强培训工作,营造温馨环境,规范仪表和护理用语,采取优质全方位服务。结果:实施人性化护理后,经问卷调查,满意度上升。结论:人性化护理可改善护患关系,提高服务质量,减少纠纷,体现护士的工作价值。
