    【摘要】目的:探讨振动排痰机在小儿肺部作业的应用效果及护理体会。方法:对200例小儿肺炎患儿在常规治疗基础上使用振动排痰机进行肺部作业,观察小儿排痰效果及疗程,是否出现肺炎并发症。结果:振动排痰机通过震颤促进呼吸道黏膜黏液和代谢产物液化,使痰液稀薄后排出体外。使用后有效缩短肺炎疗程,减少并发症发生,排痰机在排痰的同时还可以松弛患儿紧张的肌肉,刺激局部血液循环,缓解平滑肌痉挛,使患儿有轻松舒适的感觉。儿科患儿依从性较好,适合儿科肺部作业护理应用。
