    【摘要】目的:证实早期慢性鼻炎,鼻窦炎发生,发展的规律及早期治疗干预对预防鼻窦炎发生及慢性化的临床意义。谋求一种预防或阻止鼻窦炎进一步发展的有效治疗方法。方法:本组228例患者均在鼻内镜下施行相关手术治疗,以解除窦口鼻道阻塞,经过2-6年术后随访观察。结果:本组病例在改善鼻窦,鼻道引流方面疗效显著稳定,原有鼻窦炎病情趋于好转或痊愈。结论:窦口鼻道阻塞性疾病的早期治疗对已合并或可能引起鼻窦炎病例具有前展性治疗价值,对控制及预防鼻窦炎的发生及发展具有现实意义,应引起医疗同行的重视。
