    【摘要】目的：探讨腹腔镜输卵管妊娠保守性手术的临床效果。方法：借助腹腔镜技术在微创下清除妊娠物。结果：保留输卵管，恢复快。结论：对于未婚及希望保留生育功能的患者，腹腔镜手术更优于开腹手术。
