摘要：目的：探讨肩难产产妇的处理。方法：对临床2012年6月～2013年6月收治的肩难产产妇10例的临床处理资料进行分析。结果：产后出血3例，软产道损伤6 例，产褥感染1例。体重>4 000 g者6例，轻度窒息4例，重度窒息1例，臂丛神经损伤1例，新生儿锁骨骨折1例。结论：一旦出现肩难产，立即查明双肩的高度和方位，以决定采取适当的手法。切不可强压宫底或强拽儿头。
