摘要：目的：探讨左卡尼汀配合透析治疗尿毒症患者的临床效果。方法：将我院收治的76例尿毒症患者分成观察者和对照组，每组38例。对照组患者仅采用常规透析治疗，观察组患者采用左卡尼汀配合透析进行治疗，对比分析两组患者的临床治疗效果。结果：治疗结束后，两组患者的营养状况和贫血状况均有所改善，观察组患者的改善情况显著优于对照组患者(P<0.05)。结论：应用左卡尼汀联合透析治疗尿毒症患者，临床效果显著。
