摘要：子宫肌瘤是妇女常见的子宫良性激素依赖性肿瘤，不仅与雌激素水平有关，而且也与孕激素水平有关。研究发现，子宫肌瘤组织中雌、孕激素受体的含量明显高于其周围的子宫肌肉组织。米非司酮是孕激素受体(PR)的拮抗剂，在拮抗体内孕激素作用的同时，可使子宫肌瘤中的PR及ER含量减少，明显降低子宫肌瘤组织中的E、P激素效应，导致子宫肌瘤体积缩小。
