摘要：目的：观察固冲汤加减治疗脾虚型崩漏的临床疗效。方法：将46例脾虚型崩漏患者给予固冲汤加减治疗，5天为一个疗程，4个疗程后观察临床疗效。结果：连续服用4个疗程后，显效29例，占63%，有效13例，占28.3%，无效4例，占8.7%，总有效率为91.3%。结论：固冲汤加减治疗脾虚型崩漏临床疗效快，副作用小，值得临床推广应用。
