摘要：目的：研究探讨绿脓杆菌药敏性，为临床提供用药指导依据?方法：选取2013年11月-2014年12月我院临床各种感染标本分离出的100株绿脓杆菌为研究对象?研究分析绿脓杆菌的药敏性?结果：分析结果得出，绿脓杆菌对各种抗生素均有不同程度的耐药性，耐药率9.0%-93.0%，分析中还发现部分菌株表现出多重耐药性?结论：在医院感染中，绿脓杆菌感染比例较高，属于院内感染的主要致病菌之一，在临床用药中重视细菌培养以及药敏试验，能够为临床用药提供有效指导?
