摘要：目的：探讨单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊用于心绞痛病症在临床中的额治疗效果以及其对药物的依从性；方法：选取2012年1月至2014年1月在我院接诊的128例心绞痛患者作为研究对象，将其随机分成观察组64例(单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊治疗)和对照组64例(常规治疗)，对比两组患者的治疗效果，以及对药物的依从性；结果 观察组的治疗有效率为95.32%，患者用药依从性较差8例(12.50%)，对照组的治疗有效率为84.37%，患者用药依从性较差18例(28.13%)，两组患者在治疗效果?用药依从性方面相比差异具有显著性(P<0.05)；结论：使用单硝酸异山梨酯缓释胶囊来治疗心绞痛，临床疗效确切，且安全可靠，同时在用药依从性上有着很大的优势，值得在临床上大力推广?
