中西医结合治疗手术后肺部感染的探讨(1)

[摘要] 目的：探讨中西药结合治疗术后肺部感染的效果，减轻术后肺部感染病人的痛苦和经济负担。方法：将67例肺部感染病人随机分成两组，对照组35人，单纯应用西药治疗；治疗组32人，在西医治疗的基础上加用中医辨证施治。结果：治疗组病人平均住院日较对照组缩短(P<0.05)；住院费用明显低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论：中西药结合治疗疗效显著，能快速发挥祛痰、镇咳、抗菌消炎作用，且安全可靠。
