[摘要] 目的：探讨胃溃疡穿孔的手术方式。方法：回顾性分析1995~2006年101例胃溃疡穿孔手术治疗患者的临床资料。结果：本组101例患者中，25例行胃溃疡穿孔修补术，18例行胃大部分切除术，6例附加十二指肠残端造瘘管引流，68例行胃溃疡局部切除术。术后并发切口感染3例，均治愈。结论：胃穿孔修补术、胃大部分切除术及溃疡局部切除术是治疗胃溃疡穿孔的有效方法。

    Discussion of surgery to repair a perforated gastric ulcer (with 101 reports)

    [Abstract] Objective：To investigate the gastric ulcer perforation operation. Methods：The clinical data of 101 cases with gastric ulcer perforation surgical treatment between 1995 and 2006 were analyzed retrospectively. Results：Among the 101 cases, 25 cases were treated by routine repair of perforated gastric ulcer, 18 cases by gastric resection of the majority, 6 cases by additional drainage duodenal stump fistula, 68 cases by routine partial resection of gastric ulcer. 3 cases with postoperative concurrent incision infection were cured. Conclusion：Repair of gastric perforation , resection of gastric ulcers most and local resection are the effective treatments of gastric ulcer perforation. ......
