云南白药牙膏对牙龈炎的临床疗效评价

[摘要] 目的：评价云南白药牙膏对牙龈炎的临床疗效。方法：对于牙龈炎患者60例随机分为实验组和对照组(不含任何抗菌斑药物成分的阴性对照)，每组30例，分别在实验前和实验后的第4﹑8周对牙龈指数、龈沟出血指数和菌斑指数进行检查。结果：实验组和对照组间的临床指标有显著差别,实验组对牙龈炎的疗效优于对照组。实验组的临床指标明显改善且与对照组相比有明显差异(P<0.01)。结论：云南白药牙膏作为常规牙周治疗后的维护期口腔保洁用具对于维持效果，有一定的临床意义。
