[摘要] 目的：探讨闭合性胰腺损伤诊断和治疗的方法。方法：分析29例闭合性胰腺损伤的诊断、手术治疗和预后。结果：25例治愈，占86.2%，死亡4例，占13.8%，发生胰瘘，假性囊肿在内的各类并发症8例，占27.6%。结论：CT、B超及血淀粉酶检查对胰腺损伤仍具有一定的诊断价值。术中关键是保持警觉，按胰腺损伤情况选择适当的术式。

    Clinical analysis of blunt pancreatic injuries

    [Abstract] Objective:To study the method of diagnosis and treatment for blunt pancreatic injuries.Methods:The diagnosis,surgical treatment and recovery of29 cases blunt pancreatic injuvics were analyzed.Results:25 cases(86.2%) were cured ,4 cases died(13.8%),8 cases complicated with pancreatic leakage and pseudocyst(27.6%).Conclusion:CT、Bultrasound and blood anylase check-up were important to the diagnosis of blunt pancreaticinjuries.Selecting a reasonable surgical operation methodaccording to the situation of pancreatic injuries and keeping vigilance was the key step during the surgical operation.
