[摘要] 目的：探讨创伤后急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的治疗。方法：回顾性分析我院1998年 6 月～ 2007 年3月救治的创伤后急性肾功能衰竭患者32例。对创伤后ARF患者损伤程度进行评分，分析病因，对患者采用床头无肝素连续性静-静脉血液透析(CVVHD)。结果：创伤后急性肾功能衰竭(ARF)的病因是多因素引起，早期透析死亡率低于晚期透析(P<0.05)。结论：早期透析有利于改善创伤后急性肾功能衰竭患者的预后，提高存活率。
