正畸拔除阻生智齿术后并发症的综合分析

[摘要] 目的：牙齿矫正前需拔除阻生智齿，以保证矫正后的效果。方法：489例患者采用纵劈挺出法，翻瓣去骨法，挺出法，缝合，未缝合。术后观察，评价效果。结果：拔除的方法不一，其效果差异不大。结论：患者的年龄小拔除持续时间短，副损伤小，术后感染的机会越小。
