     [摘要] 目的：探讨阴道局部免疫状态与复发性外阴阴道念珠菌病(RVVC)发病的关系。方法：用ELISA法测定外阴阴道念珠菌病(VVC)和RVVC的妇女阴道灌洗液中IgE的浓度及IFN-γ、IL-4的表达水平，以健康体检妇女为对照组。结果：① IgE浓度测定：RVVC组IgE浓度明显高于VVC组和对照组(P0.05)。结论：阴道局部免疫状态异常可能与念珠菌性阴道炎发病和复发有关。
