内高频电灼法治疗泪道阻塞的临床观察

     [摘要] 目的：探讨高频电灼治疗泪道阻塞的效果。方法：临床治疗单纯泪道阻塞29眼，慢性泪囊炎17眼，随访3~24个月。结果：高频电灼法治疗单纯泪道阻塞治愈率为83.3%，慢性泪囊炎治愈率为71.4%。结论：内高频电灼法治疗泪道阻塞简单、可靠、经济，值得在基层推广。
