     [摘要] 目的：杜绝使用有致癌嫌疑的二氧六环，提升产品质量。方法：利用1-间甲氧苯基-2-二甲胺甲基环己醇的顺反异构体在丙酮(水)溶液中的溶解度不同的特点，将顺反异构体分离；改进成盐析晶操作，提高盐酸曲马多的澄清度稳定性。结果：反式异构体的液相含量高。结论：盐酸曲马多的新合成方法切实可行。
