HPLC法测定克拉霉素控释片的含量

[摘要] 目的：用高效液相色谱法测定克拉霉素控释片的含量。方法：HPLC法，Llchrospher 100 RP-C18(125 mm×4.6 mm，5 μm)，甲醇-0.067 mol/L KH2PO4，用磷酸调pH值4.0(650∶350)为流动相，流速1.0 ml/min，检测波长210 nm。结果：克拉霉素在辅料中的回收率为100.4%，RSD为0.95%。结论：方法简单、快速，适用于测定克拉霉素控释片的含量。
