香菇菌富硒液体发酵条件的优选试验(1)

     [摘要] 在香菇菌液体发酵的基础上，先对香菇菌种加硒驯化，再进行富硒香菇液体深层发酵的工艺条件实验。研究香菇菌丝体在发酵过程中对有机硒的耐受力和生物转化力。结果表明：经过驯化后的香菇菌在含有60 mg/kg 亚硒酸钠(Na2SeO3)的固体培养基上和含有80 mg/kg亚硒酸钠 (Na2SeO3) 的液体种子培养基及含有130 mg/kg亚硒酸钠 (Na2SeO3) 的液体发酵培养基中生长良好，并可以在菌丝体内富集硒。
