高效液相色谱法测定布美他尼片的含量

[摘要] 目的：建立测定布美他尼片含量的方法。方法：采用高效液相色谱法，色谱柱为Agilent(4.6 mm×250 mm，5 μm)；流动相为0.05 mol/L磷酸二氢钾(用磷酸调节pH至3.0±0.5)-乙腈(50∶50)，检测波长为267 nm。结果：精密度及稳定性均良好；在20～60 μg/ml浓度范围内，峰面积与浓度呈良好的线性关系，相关系数为0.999 4，平均回收率为99.75%，RSD为0.87%。布美他尼与其他杂质峰的分离度均符合要求。结论：该方法简便，重现性好，可用于测定布美他尼片的含量。
