抗凝剂对网织红细胞检测的影响

     [摘要] 目的:进行网织红细胞计数,探讨抗凝剂对网织红细胞检测结果的影响。方法:用显微镜法进行网织红细胞计数。结果:网织红细胞计数平均值(未经抗凝血)为(9.21±4.02)‰,网织红细胞计数平均值(抗凝血)为(10.22±3.99)‰,经t检验,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:实验结果提示标本使用抗凝剂与否对网织红细胞计数结果无显著性差异。
