阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的临床观察(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎的疗效及安全性。方法:将182例小儿支原体肺炎患儿分为阿奇霉素治疗组(91例)和红霉素对照组(91例),比较两组临床疗效。结果:治疗组和对照组总有效率分别为96.70%和94.50%,两组总有效率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);阿奇霉素治疗组的胃肠道反应、局部静脉疼痛和皮疹等不良反应明显低于红霉素治疗组(P<0.01)。结论:阿奇霉素治疗小儿支原体肺炎疗效好,不良反应少,值得临床推广应用。
