     [摘要] 目的:分析我院下吸道感染G-杆菌的菌群分布和耐药现状,为临床合理使用抗生素提供依据。方法:对我院2006～2008年呼吸内科病房下呼吸道感染G-杆菌患者送检的痰标本进行致病菌培养鉴定,按K-B琼脂扩散法进行常规药敏试验。结果:共分离G-杆菌1 287株,铜绿假单胞菌307株(23.9%)居首位,大肠埃希菌271(21.1%)次之,肺炎克雷伯菌218株(16.9% )。铜绿假单胞菌对亚胺培南、美罗培南、头孢哌酮/舒巴坦、头孢吡肟较为敏感,嗜麦芽窄食单胞菌对多种抗生素的耐药率均较高。结论:下呼吸道感染G-杆菌的耐药性日益严重,应加强监测,有利于临床有效使用抗生素。
