骨科高龄患者手术风险因素的临床分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的:分析骨科高龄患者的手术风险因素。方法:对58例骨科高龄患者进行术前手术风险因素评估。结果:高分组术后并发症发生率为13.6%,死亡率为2.2%。低分组术后并发症发生率为57.1%,死亡率为21.4%。结论:对骨科高龄患者手术风险因素进行正确评估具有重要的临床意义。

    [Abstract] Objective: To analyze the surgery risk factors of orthopedics advanced age patient. Methods: The preoperative surgery risk factors of 58 cases of orthopedics advanced age patients had been evaluated. Results: The postoperative complication rate of the high grouping was 13.6% and the mortality rate was 2.2%. The postoperative complication rate of the low grouping was 57.1% and the mortality rate was 21.4%. Conclusion: The correct assessment of surgery risk factors of orthopedics advanced age patient has important clinical significance. ......
