埃索美拉唑和奥美拉唑治疗幽门螺杆菌感染的疗效比较

     [摘要] 目的:观察埃索美拉唑三联和奥美拉唑三联2周疗程法根治幽门螺杆菌感染的临床疗效。方法:选择经13C尿素呼吸试验和胃镜下胃黏膜快速尿素酶试验均为阳性证实幽门螺杆菌感染患者,根据所采用的质子泵抑制剂(PPI)不同分为埃索美拉唑组及奥美拉唑组,比较不同的PPI三联2周疗程法的幽门螺杆菌根除率。结果:埃索美拉唑组的根除率为95.5%,奥美拉唑组的根除率为86.3%,两组比较,无显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论:埃索美拉唑三联2周疗法治疗Hp阳性的患者安全有效,与奥美拉唑组相比无显著性差异。

    Comparision of efficacy between Esomeprazole and Omeprazole in eradicating Hp infection

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the clinical efficacy of two-week therapy between Esomeprazole-based triple therapy and Omeprazole triple therapy in eradicating Hp infection. Methods: According to the PPI used in the different groups, the patients who were confirmed Hp infection through the positive results of 13C-urea breath test combined with endoscopic gastric mucosal rapid urease test, were divided into Esomeprazole group and Omeprazole group in order to compare the differences in Hp eradition rate of different two-week PPI triple therapy. Results: The eradition rate of Esomeprazole group was 95.5%, while the eradition rate of Omeprazolee group was 86.3%, the difference of eradition rate between the two groups was no significant (P>0.05). Conclusion: The two-week Esomeprazole triple therapy for Hp-positive patients is safe and effective, which has no significant difference compared with Omeprazolee group. ......
