[摘要] 目的:分析聊城市艾滋病筛查实验室建设和HIV抗体检测情况并分析感染者或患者的流行病学特征,为进一步促进艾滋病筛查实验室网络建设和人群检测提供科学依据。方法:采用Excel和SPSS 11.5统计软件对筛查实验室检测资料进行整理、分析。结果:截止到2008年底全市共有HIV筛查实验室25个,共检测206 100例,检测出HIV/AIDS 46例。其中艾滋病3例,感染者43例。经性途径传播21例,经血液17例,其他8例。结论:本市艾滋病仍处于低流行态势,但感染人群和流行范围逐渐扩大,应加大检测力度,充分利用现有检测资源,增加对各类人群的检测。

[Abstract] Objective: To understand the characteristics of HIV/AIDS epidemic and control programs. Methods: To analyze the date of HIV/AIDS surveillance obtained from 1997 to 2008 in Liaocheng. Results: There were 25 HIV testing laboratory network construction in our city to 2008. 46 HIV/AIDS of cases were found in 206 100 people. The 3 routes of transmission HIV blood, 21 cases of sex, 17 cases ofblood and other 8 cases. Conclusion: The present prevalence rate is low in Liaocheng region and there is a probability that it may go up rapidly in the future ......
