[摘要] 探讨治疗下肢静脉性皮肤溃疡的不同方法,包括外科传统手术、SEPS、Trivex旋切术以及内科药物治疗等,其中外科手术治疗是最重要、最有效的方法。今后下肢静脉性皮肤溃疡治疗的发展方向是外科治疗与内科治疗相结合的联合治疗。

    Progress of treatment of venous skin ulcer

    [Abstract] To investigate different methods to deal with venous skin ulcer in lower limbs, including the traditional surgical procedure, SPES, Trivex atherectomy and medical drug and so on, but surgical treatment is the most important and most effective method. In the future, the treatment direction of venous skin ulcer is the combination therapy of surgical treatment and medical treatment.
