健康体检人员中乙型肝炎病毒感染情况调查分析

     [摘要] 目的:了解分析健康人群中乙型肝炎病毒(HBV)感染情况。方法:用酶联免疫吸附实验(ELISA)检测体检者乙型肝炎病毒标志物(乙肝两对半)。结果:对健康体检中乙肝两对半检验结果的分析,2 216人中乙型肝炎病毒两对半的总异常率为9.58%,五项全阴者65.16%,只是HBsAb阳性者25.27%。结论:有近65.16%的体检者未受HBV感染,且无保护性抗体,应加大乙型肝炎防治的教育宣传,提高人群对乙型肝炎的认识,及时进行疫苗的预防接种。
