HPLC法测定腰息痛丸中芍药苷的含量

[摘要] 目的:建立高效液相法测定腰息痛丸中芍药苷含量的方法。方法:采用Thermo ODS-2 Hypersil(4.6 mm×150 mm,5 μm)色谱柱;流动相:乙腈-0.1%磷酸(13∶87);检测波长:230 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:替加氟在0.04～0.88 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为101.50%,RSD=1.20%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于腰息痛丸中芍药苷的质量控制。

[Abstract] Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of paeoniflorin in Yaoxitong Pills by HPLC. Methods: The Thermo ODS-2 Hypersil (4.6 mm×150 mm, 5 μm) column was used.
