HPLC法测定菊蓝抗流感片中阿司匹林的含量

[摘要] 目的:建立高效液相法测定菊蓝抗流感片中阿司匹林含量的方法。方法:采用Kromasil C18(4.6 mm×200 mm,5 μm)色谱柱;流动相:甲醇-2%冰醋酸溶液(35∶65);检测波长:275 nm;流速:1.0 ml/min。结果:阿司匹林在0.501 2～5.012 0 μg范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 9),平均回收率为99.76%,RSD=1.24%。结论:本方法简便、准确、重现性好,可用于菊蓝抗流感片中阿司匹林的质量控制。

[Abstract] Objective: To establish a method for the content determination of aspirin in Julan Kangliugan Tablets by HPLC. Methods: The Kromasil C18 (4.6 mm×200 mm, 5 μm) column was used. The mobile phases consisted of methanol and 2%-acetic acid glacial (35∶65), the flow rate was 1.0 ml/min and the detection wavelength was at 275 nm. Results: The linear ranges of aspirin was at 0.501 2-5.012 0 μg (r=0.999 9), the average recovery was 99.76% with a RSD of 1 ......
