血液灌流救治45例有机磷农药中毒合并阿托品中毒的疗效分析

[摘要] 目的:分析血液灌流救治有机磷农药中毒合并阿托品中毒(双重中毒)的疗效。方法:治疗组(血液灌流)和对照组(常规治疗)均给予常规治疗,治疗组为在常规治疗的基础上采用血液灌流治疗。结果:治疗组的总有效率明显高于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05);治疗组在昏迷时间、胆碱酯酶复活时间、住院天数、并发症方面均明显低于对照组,有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:血液灌流救治有机磷农药中毒合并阿托品中毒(双重中毒)的疗效是肯定的,值得临床推广应用。
