护理干预对治疗发热儿童便秘的作用

[摘要] 目的:探讨护理干预对治疗小儿发热引起便秘的影响。方法:对我院2005年3月~2009年3月收治的小儿发热患者338例,其中122例因发热引起便秘,分析和评价护理在治疗过程中的作用。结果:122例便秘患者经治疗和护理后,均顺利出院,无并发症。实验组疗效明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:护理干预对小儿发热引起的便秘具有较重要的意义,协同治疗能够大大提高治疗效果。

[Abstract] Objective: To explore the impact of nursing intervention in children with constipation after fever. Methods: During March 2005 to March 2009 in our hospital, 338 cases ofadmitted to pediatric patients with fever, which 122 cases with a high fever caused by constipation, analysed and evaluated the effect of nursing care in the course of treatment. Results: 122 cases of constipation all successfully discharged without any complication treatment and nursing intervention. Conclusion: The nursing intervention in children with fever caused by constipation has a more important sense, collaborative treatment can greatly enhance the therapeutic effect ......
