[摘要] 目的:探讨疏肝补肾法治疗慢性盆腔炎的临床疗效。方法:将124例慢性盆腔炎患者症候随机分为两组,治疗组(62例)采用疏肝补肾中药口服治疗,对照组(62例)采用花红胶囊口服治疗。采用中医症候量表观察治疗前后的中医症候积分变化;采用视觉模拟测量尺(VAS)评价法观察治疗前后疼痛分值的变化。结果:在改善慢性盆腔炎的主要症候,如腹痛、腰酸、情志抑郁、性生活改变等方面,两组治疗前后的积分差值相比,有非常显著性差异(P<0.05);在耳鸣、月经失调等主要伴随症状的改善方面,治疗前后积分均下降超过50%。在治疗前后总体疗效的比较中,治疗组较对照组有显著性差异(P<0.05)。治疗前后两组疼痛差值的比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:疏肝补肾法治疗慢性盆腔炎有较好的临床疗效。

The investigation of disperse the depressed liver-energy and invigorate the kidney using in 62 CPID cases

[Abstract] Objective: To assess the therapeutic efficacy of disperse the depressed liver-energy and invigorate the kidney on chronic pelvic inflammation. Methods: 124 cases of patients with chronic pelvic inflammation were randomly divided into groups therapy and control, 62 cases in each. Therapy group was given the traditional Chinese medicine of disperse the depressed liver-energy and invigorate the kidney, while control group was given oral Huahong Capsule. Syndrome scale was used for evaluating the improvement on TCM symptom, while VAS Visual analogue scale was used for evaluating the improvement on pain scores. Results: The improvement of the main symptoms in chronic pelvic inflammation, such as abdominal pain, soreness of loins, depression, sexual life changes in the therapy group were significantly better than those in the control group (P<0.05). The therapy group also showed better improvement on the secondary symptoms, such as tinnitus, menstrual disorder with the score declined by more than 50%. The overall efficacy and the pain improvement of the treatment group were better than those of the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion: Disperse the depressed liver-energy and invigorate the kidney has satisfying clinical efficacy on chronic pelvic inflammation.
