[摘要] 药品不良反应是指质量检验合格的药品,在正常用量用法的情况下,出现的与用药目的无关的有害的反应,包括副作用、毒性反应、过敏反应、药物依赖性等。临床常见解表药、清热药、泻下药等各类药物,均有不同程度和不同性质的毒副作用。同时,中西药联用不当,也会产生不良反应,引起急性中毒甚至造成死亡。

    [Abstract] Adverse Drug Reaction (ADR) refers to the quality of the drugs passing inspection, under normal circumstances the amount of usage, there is nothing to do with the purpose of the harmful drug reaction. Including side effects, toxicity, allergic reactions, and drug dependence. In clinical there are Qingre medicines, diarrhea medicine and so on, having varying degrees and different kinds of side effects. At the same time, joint use of Chinese and Western medicines inappropriately, can also have an adverse reaction caused by acute poisoning or even death. ......
