肾病综合征的中西医结合治疗疗效观察(1)

[摘要] 目的:探讨中西医结合法治疗肾病综合征的疗效并进行分析,为其以后的临床用药提供依据。方法:将120例肾病综合征患者随机分为三组,对照组进行常规治疗,干预组在此基础上进行治疗,后期进行各项指标测试并记录疗效结果。结果:各组测试指标较治疗前均有所改变、水肿消失。对照组40例中,完全缓解8例,显著缓解10例,部分缓解4例,无效18例,总有效率为55.0%;干预西药组40例,完全缓解12例,显著缓解12例,部分缓解4例,无效12例,总有效率为70.0%;干预中西医结合组40例,完全缓解20例,显著缓解12例,部分缓解5例,无效3例,总有效率为92.5%,与对照组比较,有非常显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论:肾病综合征的治疗仍以中西医结合治疗为主。

Effect observation of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the treatment of nephrotic syndrome

[Abstract] Objective: To explore and analyze the effects of traditional Chinese medicine and western medicine on the treatment of patients with nephrotic syndrome, in order to provide the basis for clinical treatment in the future. Methods: 120 patients with nephrotic syndrome were randomly divided into three groups. Control group was used routine treatment, the intervention group on this basis, treatment and later-stage testing, the effects of various indicators were recorded. Results: The test indicators had changed compared with those before treatment, edema disappeared. The control group of 40 patients, 8 cases of complete remission, significantly relieved in 10 patients and partial remission in 4 cases, ineffective in 18 cases, with a total effective rate was 55.0%. Intervention western group of 40 patients, complete remission in 12 cases, significantly alleviated in 12 cases, partial remission in 4 cases, ineffective in 12 cases, the total effective rate was 70.0%. Intervention of combination of 40 cases, complete remission in 20 cases, significantly alleviated in 12 cases, partial remission in 5 cases, ineffective in 3 cases, the total effective rate was 92.5%, there was a significant difference compared with control group (P<0.01).
