[摘要] 共情是一个人进入他人精神世界并充分理解他人的能力，高共情能力的人有利于构建和谐关系，确保工作高效率。关注共情和共情能力的研究，本文综述了共情和共情能力的概念及作用，护士长增强共情能力的方法，探讨了护士长共情能力对护理管理工作的影响。促进护士长增强共情意识，提高共情能力，从而正确处理好与领导、患者、医生、护士、患者家属的和谐关系，构建和谐护理团队，提高患者及护理人员满意度，提高工作效率，确保工作质量，构建和谐病房。
