[摘要] 目的：观察5%高渗氯化钠液加羟乙基淀粉40注射液对剖宫产腰麻后低血压的疗效。方法：选择我院200例ASAⅠ～Ⅱ级择期行剖宫产手术患者，均采用5%高渗氯化钠液加羟乙基淀粉40注射液预防剖宫产腰麻后低血压。结果：本组200例在腰麻后5 min SBP均有下降，尤以腰麻后20 min较明显，腰麻后SBP变化与输注前比较，差异无统计学意义；输注后产妇PT、APTT、FIB及K+、Na+、Cl-浓度变化与输注前比较，差异无统计学意义；新生儿脐动脉血pH和电解质均在正常范围。结论：5%高渗氯化钠液加羟乙基淀粉40注射液是用于剖宫产腰麻后低血压的一种有效方法。

[Abstract] Objective: To observe the efficacy of 5% hypertonic saline solution plus hydroxyethyl starch 40 Injection in hypotension after spinal anesthesia for cesarean section. Methods: In our hospital, 200 cases (ASA Ⅰ-Ⅱ) undergoing cesarean section were selected, they applied 5% hypertonic saline solution plus hydroxyethyl starch 40 Injection to prevent hypotension after spinal anesthesia. Results: 200 cases in 5 min SBP after spinal anesthesia had declined, especially after spinal anesthesia 20 min obvious, the SBP changes after spinal anesthesia compared with before transfusion, there was no significant differences; after transfusion, the concentration change of PT, APTT, FIB and K+, Na+, Cl- compared with before transfusion, there was no significant differences; Umbilical artery blood pH and electrolytes were all in normal range. Conclusion: 5% hypertonic saline solution plus hydroxyethyl starch 40 Injection in hypotension after spinal anesthesia for cesarean section is an effective method.

剖宫产腰麻后低血压发生率高，使不少麻醉医师对剖宫产腰麻心存顾虑，我院2009年6月～2010年5月采用5%高渗氯化钠液加羟乙基淀粉40注射液对腰麻下剖宫产产妇进行扩容治疗，观察其对剖宫产腰麻后低血压疗效。
