辅酶Q10联合还原性谷胱甘肽对肿瘤常规放射治疗患者的保护作用(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨辅酶Q10联合还原型谷胱甘肽对肿瘤常规放射治疗患者的保护作用。方法:采用随机对照方法,将960例胸部恶性肿瘤放疗患者随机分为三组:A组为实验组,口服辅酶Q10,60 mg/d;同时应用还原型谷胱甘肽钠,1.2 g/d,静脉滴注,每日1次。B、C组为对照组,B组应用还原型谷胱甘肽钠,1.2 g/d,静脉滴注,每日1次;C组为空白对照组。分析并比较三组的白细胞下降、放射性食管炎及放射性肺炎的发生率差异。结果:白细胞下降方面,三组间比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05)。放射性食管炎方面,B组与A、C组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);A组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。放射性肺炎方面,B组与A、C组比较,差异均无统计学意义(均P>0.05);A组与C组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:辅酶Q10联合还原型谷胱甘肽对肿瘤常规放射治疗患者有保护作用,值得临床推广使用。

    The protection of coenzyme Q10 combined reduced glutathione for the patients with conventional radiotherapy

    [Abstract] Objective: To discuss the protection of coenzyme Q10 combined reduced glutathione for the patients with conventional radiotherapy. Methods: 960 cases of breast cancer patients receiving radiotherapy were randomly divided into 3 groups according torandom controlled method, group A was the experiment group, oral administration of coenzyme Q10, 60 mg/d; at the same time take reduced glutathione sodium, 1.2 g/d, intravenous infusion, once a day. Group B and group C for the control groups, group B take reduced glutathione sodium, 1.2 g/d, intravenous infusion, once a day; group C was the blank control group. The incidence rates of leukopenia, radiation esophagitis and radiation pneumonitis in three groups were compared. Results: There was no significant difference in three groups on the leucopenia (all P>0.05). There was no significant difference in group B compared with group A, C(all P>0.05), and there was a significant difference between group A and C (P<0.05) on the radiation esophagitis and radiation pneumonitis respectively. Conclusion: Coenzyme Q10 combined reduced glutathione sodium has a protective effect for the cancer patients treated with conventional radiation, so it is worthy of clinical use ......
