[摘要] 目的：探讨E光在脱毛和发际再造方面的临床疗效。方法：我科2009年9月～2010年5月，采用E光技术为30例多毛及发际不完美者进行了脱毛及发际再造治疗，按疗效判断标准分为痊愈、显效、有效、无效等四个等级，并统计其有效率，观察E光在脱毛和发际再造方面的临床疗效。结果：对30例多毛和发际再造患者进行治疗。其中脱腋毛10例，小腿毛8例，发际再造6例，唇毛3例，脱胸毛、大腿毛、肛周毛各1例。疗程结束观察结果，有效率达到100%。患者评价脱毛效果，总满意率为96.7%，仅1例脱唇毛治疗不满意。结论：E光技术是目前比较先进的一种非侵入性医学美容技术，在脱毛和发际再造方面均取得满意的效果。

Application of E light on hair removal and hairline reconstruction

[Abstract] Objective: To investigate the clinical efficacy of E light on hair removal and hair line reconstruction. Methods: From September 2009 to May 2010, 30 cases with hypertrichiasis or imperfect hair line were treated by E light in our department. The efficacy criterion was divided into four levels, cured, markedly effective, effective, null, and calculated the effective rate. Results: 30 cases were treated completely, which including 10 cases of armpit hair removal, 8 cases of small leg hair removal, 6 cases of hair line reconstruction, 3 cases of lip hair removal, 1 case of chest hair removal, 1 case of large leg hair removal and 1 case of perianal hair removal. The results showed that the total effective rate was 100% and the satisfaction rate of patients was 96.7%. Only one patient was not satisfied for lip hair removal. Conclusion: E light is a kind of advanced non-invasive medical cosmetic technology. It shows good efficacy on hair removal and hair line reconstruction.

随着强脉冲光技术在临床的普遍应用，人们对它的美容效果有了一定的了解，但该项治疗对皮肤会造成一定的热损伤而遭到许多患者拒绝。目前E光技术为患者提供了更新、更好的治疗手段，它在不影响治疗效果的前提下，有效地避免了其对皮肤的热损伤，受到人们的普遍欢迎。我科2009年9月～2010年5月，采用E光技术为36例多毛及发际不完美者进行了脱毛及发际再造治疗，现将应用情况及资料完整的30例报道如下：
1 资料与方法
1.1 一般资料
所有病例均来自我科门诊，经临床上确诊或患者自认为发际不完美者共30例，其中，男5例，女25例；年龄25岁以下5例，26～35岁20例，36～45岁4例，46～55岁1例。脱毛部位分别为腋下10例，小腿8例，发际6例，大腿1例，上唇3例，胸部1例，肛周1例。
