[摘要] 目的：探讨人工气道对重型颅脑外伤患者的影响与护理。方法：对44例重型颅脑外伤患者建立人工气道并进行护理干预。结果：建立人工气道并进行护理干预后，6例患者因颅脑损伤过重死亡；35例拔除气管套管，占79.55%；3例发生肺部感染，占6.82%。所有患者GCS评分均>9分，平均分为12.8分。结论：对重型颅脑损伤患者尽快建立人工气道并进行护理干预是保证抢救成功的重要措施。

    The influence of artificial airway on severe brain injury and nursing

    [Abstract] Objective: To observe the influence of artificial airway on severe brain injury and nursing. Methods: Builded artificial airway on 44 cases of severe brain injury and gave airway care. Results: After builded artificial airway and gave airway care, 6 patients were died of severe brain injury, 35(79.55%) patients ultimately extubated casing, 3(6.82%) patients got respiratory infections. All patients′GCS score were >9 points, averaged 12.8 points.
