[摘要] 目的：探讨胃癌患者循环肿瘤细胞数量，并进行临床评价。方法：将胃癌患者、胃溃疡患者、健康志愿者各50例纳入研究范围，其任何治疗开始前从外周血中收集循环肿瘤细胞(CTCs)进行荧光免疫计数。结果：50例胃溃疡患者及50例健康志愿者外周血中未发现CTCs，胃癌患者CTCs数目为(16.40±8.15)。结论：外周循环血检测循环肿瘤细胞对胃癌患者有普查意义。

    Monitoring circulating tumor cells of blood in gastric cancer

    [Abstract] Objective: To monitor circulating tumor cells of bloodin gastric cancer. Methods: 50 cases gastric cancer, 50 cases gastric ulcer patients and 50 healthy volunteer. All CTCs were identified by immunofluorescence and the number of CTCs was calculated in different study objects. Results: There was no CTCs found in 50 healthy donors and 10 gastric ulcer patients. The number of CTCs in gastric cancer was (16.40±8.15). Conclusion: The CTCs can be found in gastric cancer patients.
