40例糖尿病患者下肢动脉彩超检查分析(1)

     [摘要] 目的:探讨彩色多普勒超声检查糖尿病患者早期下肢血管病变的价值。方法:选择本院住院糖尿病患者40例为观察组,非糖尿病患者40例为对照组,采用彩色多普勒超声检查单侧下肢动脉血管形态,检测血管内斑块、血管内径,观察血管狭窄及血管硬化情况。结果:观察组35例患者检出有下肢血管病变,包括内膜增厚、血管内斑块、血管狭窄、血管硬化情况,检出率为87.5%,内膜粗糙无斑块8例,有斑块32例,内膜增厚18例,血管硬化6例,血管狭窄24例。对照组血管壁均较光滑,各段动脉出现粥样斑块的比例均<20%,且动脉斑块较小,没有管腔狭窄的发生。结论:彩色多普勒超声能及早、准确诊断出糖尿病患者下肢动脉血管病变,应提倡在糖尿病患者早期检查中应用。

    Analysis of color doppler examination of lower extremity arteries in 40 cases with diabetes mellitus

    [Abstract] Objective: To evaluate the value of color doppler ultrasound of lower extremity vascular lesions in early stage in patients with diabetes mellitus. Methods: 80 patients in our hospital were divided into observation group(40 diabetes mellitus patients) and control group (40 non-diabetes mellitus patients), vascular morphology of unilateral lower limb inspected by color doppler ultrasound including intimal thickening, intravascular plaque, vascular stenosis, vascular sclerosis. Results: 35 patients with lower extremity vascular disease in observation group were detected, including intimal thickening, intravascular plaque, stenosis, vascular sclerosis, and the detection rate was 87.5%, rough intima without plaque in 8 cases, 32 cases with plaque, intimal thickening in 18 cases, vascular sclerosis in 6 cases, vascular stenosis in 24 cases. Vascular wall was smooth in the control group, the ratio of atheromatous plaque was less than 20%, the artery plaques was small and there was no vascular stenosis. Conclusion: We can make early and accurate diagnosis of lower extremity artery disease in patients with diabetes mellitus by color doppler ultrasound, and it shoud be promoted in the early detection of diabetes mellitus patients.
