透骨草提取物对人肝癌SMMC—7721细胞Bcl—2和Bax蛋白表达的影响(2)

本研究结果表明40.91 μg/mL透骨草提取物可显著下调SMMC-7721细胞Bcl-2蛋白的表达，上调Bax蛋白的表达，说明透骨草提取物能通过通过Bcl-2/Bax蛋白诱导SMMC-7721细胞凋亡，此结果为透骨草抗肝癌作用的研究提供了一定的实验依据。透骨草提取物调控Bcl-2/Bax相关凋亡蛋白的机制尚不清楚，有待进一步深入研究。
