     [摘要] 在新医改形势和新的办医格局下，社会医疗机构如何通过医院文化建设这个软实力来获取竞争优势，赢得市场份额，推动医院可持续发展值得探讨。本文通过对医院文化建设的内涵和作用的阐述，结合社会医疗机构医院文化建设所面临的挑战和存在的问题，提出了医院文化建设的思路，同时也提出了社会医疗机构创建医院文化将面对的难点问题。
