摘要 本文对补骨脂的历史沿革及其主要成分做了回顾；对现代研究中补骨脂的肝、肾以及其生殖毒性进行了综述，并将其和其他中药配伍后毒性的改变进行了总结；最后由对补骨脂的认识引发对中草药及其复方用药的安全思索，以期中医药能够更加规范化、安全化的应用。
