通心络治疗冠心病合并脑梗死的临床观察(2)
口服TXL治疗中未发现严重药物不良反应后。肝肾功能，血糖相关指标与对照组差异无统计学意义。TXL治疗冠心病合并脑梗死疗效满意(与治疗前和对照组治疗后比较有统计学差异P[6]将能更加强化其对缺血性心脑血管疾病的治疗作用。
本组观察样本数量少，时间短，研究结论尚存局限性，有待今后长时间、更大规模的临床观察加以完善。
