异丙酚联合瑞芬太尼清醒镇静对呼吸功能的影响(3)

本研究中瑞芬太尼组的呼吸频率[9]研究结果相似，但远远低于Servin等 [10]报道。我们在研究中给患者常规鼻导管吸氧的情况下，血氧饱和度曾低于95%的发生率仅为25%，只是采取呼唤患者让患者深呼吸或面罩吸氧[11]，即能快速收到明显效果，没有采取进一步的辅助措施即调整药物剂量或辅助通气。
综上所述瑞芬太尼复合异丙酚静脉输注能够给腰硬联合麻醉下行子宫切除术的患者提供有效的清醒镇静，能够提供安全的呼吸功能保证。
