【摘要】表面增强激光解吸电离飞行时间质谱(surface enhanced laser desorption/ionization-time of flight-mass spectrometry,SELDI-TOF-MS)技术是随着蛋白质组学的兴起而出现的新技术，是一种基于蛋白质芯片和质谱技术的多种疾病标志物的分析平台。SELDI-TOF-MS技术是一种操作简单、方便快捷、样本用量少、敏感性高、特异性强的高通量的研究蛋白组学的方法。为此，本文就SELDI-TOF-MS技术的原理、特点及其在消化道肿瘤诊断中的应用作以下综述。
